Delete your Tang! Duang! account.

This page explains how users can request deletion of a Tang! Duang! account and related app data. Requests are reviewed by the support team so purchase, dispute, safety, and legal retention duties can be handled correctly.

What is deleted or retained

Deleted where eligible

Profile details, optional birth data, app preferences, support content, uploaded analysis media, AI reading history, consultation messages and transcripts, and temporary speech-recovery audio that no longer need to be retained.

Retained when required

Purchase, point ledger, refund, consultation safety, dispute, abuse prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained for the required period.

Completion window

Most requests are reviewed within 7 to 30 days. Complex purchase, dispute, or safety cases may require more time.
