These Terms and Policy apply to the Tang! Duang! website, application, and related services. If a purchase screen, subscription page, campaign notice, or platform notice shows additional terms, those item-specific terms apply together with this page to the extent allowed by law and platform rules.
Terms of Use
- Tang! Duang! is a digital service for entertainment, symbolic interpretation, and self-reflection. AI readings and generated content are not scientific facts and do not guarantee fate, future events, relationships, income, health, safety, or any outcome.
- The service does not provide legal, medical, mental health, psychiatric, tax, investment, insurance, financial, safety, or other licensed professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for important matters.
- Users are responsible for decisions made after using the service. Minors or users with limited legal capacity should use the service only with guardian consent and according to applicable law.
- Users must provide account, profile, uploaded image, question, review, and support information lawfully and with the necessary rights. Users should not submit passwords, OTP codes, bank or card details, identity documents, addresses, or sensitive third-party data unless required through an official support channel.
- Guest access is available for core reading exploration. An account is required where identity is needed to restore purchases, preserve history, manage points, book or conduct a live consultation, investigate safety issues, or meet platform and legal duties.
- Live consultants are independent service participants, not licensed professional advisers unless their profile expressly states a separately verified qualification. Users must not use consultation chat or calls for emergencies or share information that is unnecessary for the requested session.
- Users must not commit fraud, impersonate others, harass users or staff, bypass payment, abuse promotions, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account, scrape data at scale, use bots, perform prompt injection, or harm the safety, stability, or fairness of the service.
- We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, access, points, coupons, rewards, purchases, or features when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abnormal payment activity, chargebacks, safety complaints, policy violations, harmful use, legal duties, or platform requirements.
- Tang! Duang! marks, interface, service structure, design, text, images, graphics, curated prompts, and software belong to the operator or licensors. Users may keep personal results for private use, but may not copy, modify, resell, mass-publish, scrape, or commercially use protected content without permission.
- We may update features, prices, content formats, membership structures, points, rewards, safety tools, or these Terms and Policy for product, legal, safety, platform, or operational reasons. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated version to the extent allowed by law.
Privacy Policy
Information We May Collect
We may collect and process account and profile information such as email, name or nickname, country, language, birth date, birth time, gender, calendar setting, zodiac setting, MBTI, blood type, self-description, uploaded palm or face images, questions, notes, AI reading results, usage history, point history, membership status, coupons, purchases, ad rewards, support requests, uploaded files, consultation messages, final speech-to-text transcripts, translation text, call and booking metadata, device data, error logs, and information needed for security or fraud prevention. When a user starts a voice consultation, short voice or sound samples may be transmitted and temporarily stored for speech recognition, translation, quality recovery, abuse prevention, and dispute review. The app does not record calls in the background or outside a user-started consultation.
Why We Use Information
We use information to create and protect accounts, provide requested services, personalize results, preserve reading and consultation continuity, recognize and translate consultation speech, operate bookings, points, memberships, coupons, purchases, ads, rewards, refunds, and support, investigate disputes, recover failed transcription, prevent abuse, improve quality and stability, maintain security, manage consent where relevant, and comply with law.
Processing Basis and Service Providers
Processing may rely on the user request, service or transaction necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, or another lawful basis depending on the feature, country, and context. We may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payment, in-app purchases, notifications, analytics, crash reports, ads, file storage, speech recognition, generative AI, translation, email, admin tools, and customer support, and disclose information only as reasonably necessary. Before microphone access for a consultation, the app presents a feature-specific disclosure and requests the applicable device permission.
Retention, Cross-Border Processing, and Rights
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service operation, internal records, payment and refund handling, dispute review, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, platform requirements, and legal duties. Online services may process or store information in other countries with appropriate safeguards where required. Under applicable law, including Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) principles where relevant, users may request access, correction, update, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, portability, and review of data use.
Security, Web Data, and Cookies
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Tang! Duang! websites may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies for login, session state, abuse prevention, stability analytics, and app features. Browser settings can limit some technologies, but parts of the service may not work fully.
Payments and Refunds
- Paid features may use in-app purchases, subscriptions, points, ad rewards, or other payment methods enabled at the time. App Store and Google Play transactions follow the billing, cancellation, refund, and subscription rules of those platforms.
- Delivered digital content, unlocked AI results, generated images, used points, redeemed rewards, membership benefits already used, and completed digital services may be non-refundable to the extent allowed by law and platform policy.
- We may review duplicate charges, failed delivery, technical errors, missing entitlements, platform cancellation cases, or legally required requests. Resolutions may include point restoration, re-delivery, partial refund, refund to the original method, platform refund guidance, or denial when the service was delivered or policy was violated.
- Refund requests should include the user account, order item, time, transaction record, payment evidence, screenshots or problem details, and contact information. Actual refund timing depends on the platform, payment provider, bank, card issuer, and settlement status.

- ผู้ใช้ต้องส่งข้อมูลบัญชี โปรไฟล์ รูปภาพ คำถาม รีวิว และคำขอฝ่ายบริการโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายและมีสิทธิใช้ข้อมูลนั้น ผู้ใช้ไม่ควรส่งรหัสผ่าน รหัส OTP ข้อมูลบัตรหรือบัญชีธนาคาร เอกสารระบุตัวตน ที่อยู่ หรือข้อมูลอ่อนไหวของบุคคลอื่น เว้นแต่จำเป็นผ่านช่องทางฝ่ายบริการทางการ

- เราอาจตรวจสอบกรณีคิดเงินซ้ำ ส่งมอบไม่สำเร็จ ข้อผิดพลาดทางเทคนิค สิทธิ์ที่ชำระแล้วไม่ปรากฏ การยกเลิกผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม หรือคำขอที่กฎหมายกำหนด การแก้ไขอาจเป็นการคืนพอยต์ ส่งมอบใหม่ คืนบางส่วน คืนไปยังวิธีชำระเดิม แนะนำการคืนเงินผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม หรือปฏิเสธหากบริการถูกส่งมอบแล้วหรือมีการละเมิดนโยบาย
- คำขอคืนเงินควรมีบัญชีผู้ใช้ รายการสั่งซื้อ เวลา ธุรกรรม หลักฐานการชำระเงิน ภาพหน้าจอหรือรายละเอียดปัญหา และข้อมูลติดต่อ ระยะเวลาคืนเงินจริงขึ้นอยู่กับแพลตฟอร์ม ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน ธนาคาร ผู้ออกบัตร และสถานะการชำระบัญชี
